Pharmacological Action
Lincosamide antibiotics. Mainly against to gram-positive bacteria, some may take effect on mycoplasma and gram-negative bacteria. Takes strong effect on staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus and pneumococcal; has inhibitory effect on anaerobic bacteria such as tetanus, bacillus aerogenes, aerobic gram-negative bacteria often has drug resistance. Lincomycin as a bacteriosestatic agent, takes bactericidal effect with high concentration. Staphylococcus can slowly produce drug resistance, and has complete cross-resistance with clindamycin, has some cross-resistance with erythromycin.
Indications
For the treatment of bovine clinical mastitis and subclinical mastitis that caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus dysgalactiae and other susceptible strains.
Usage and Dosage
Intraductal Injection: each infected breast injection one syringe of this product after milking, twice a day, once every 2-3 times.
Adverse Reactions
Use as recommended dose, no adverse reactions.
Precautions
(1) Squeeze the milk when administered. For purulent inflammation can be used to drain the abscess and other inflammatory breast secretions to ensure that drug efficacy.
(2) Be sure to inject the syringe head completely into the milk pond
